How does it work?

Generally the applicants come from the UK, Member Countries of the EU, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Europe, Canada and the USA. They include skilled and unskilled hotel workers, overseas travellers, and college/university students. We are partnered with several other companies based in these countries enabling us to seek out the right applicant for the job on offer. Jobseekers are only taken on if they have a valid work permit or as a member of the EU have leave to work within the UK. Although we cannot guarantee the level of English spoken we do make every effort to establish the level of English spoken by candidates applying from countries where English is not the first language.

When you have a vacancy to fill, whether suddenly or planned, you can send an email and we will come straight back to you, to discuss your hotel job, hospitality job or chef vacancy, put together your advert and ensure you are happy with it before making it live on our system.


For our advertising packages new visitors to HotelJobSwop can see your vacancy on our Job Advert page, but in addition to this it will also be available to the 1000s of jobseekers who are already registered with us who can use our jobseekers site to apply for your vacancy directly. Jobseekers applying to your adverts will be sent directly to you.
