The idyllic Barceló Troon Marine is a 90 bedroom, four star hotel overlooking the 18th hole of the Royal Troon golf course. This magnificent hotel has 5 conference rooms which hold up to 200 guests. This enchanting hotel has a reputation for providing exceptional service and delivering consistently high standards. Join our busy reception team and you'll need to have a talent to keep eveyone happy. You'll be providing customer service for guests at check in and check out and be able to maximise sales opportunities at all times. In the absence of the Reception manager you'll be in charge of the department and ideally you will have at least 18 months experience in a similar role. To apply you'll Need... Experience in supervising small teams Exceptional organisational skills and an eye for detail Proven IT skills, ideally with knowledge of Windows & MS Office. Previous experience of using a computerised Front of House system would be an advantage. Join our busy Conference and banqueting team and you'll need to be able to manage your time and have a talent to keep everyone happy. You'll be liasing with guests, taking orders and handling complaints. You'll also be organising staff on duty allocating breaks and duties and making sure the function runs smoothly.
