Spa Therapist: Starting at £11,500 per annum

The Hotel is situated in a marvellous setting at the foot of the Mountains of Mourne, adjoining the famous Royal County Down golf links with the Irish Sea as its frontal seascape. The property has 175 bedrooms and a new spa and leisure facility, opened in September of last year, including a 20 metre swimming pool, vitaity pools and 16 treatment rooms, making it the largest and most highly specified spa on the island of Ireland. The spa has been designed in conjunction with ESPA, who are acknowledged as being associated with the best spas in the world and produce only the finest natural range of Spa therapy products.

Enthusiastic, hard working and highly motivated Spa Therapists, with recognised beauty qualifications and prior hands on experience are essential. Previous experience of using the Espa product range and therapies will be an advantage, as well as an holistic approach.

With at least two years experience in a Senior or Head Therapist position with excellent communication and leadership skills, the position would suit an enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed team play with a natural empathy for holistic therapy.

Relevant, recognised Beauty Qualifications and prior hands on experience are essential, as well as proven experience of leading a team. Previous experience using the Espa product range and therapies will be an advantage. An ability to assist the Spa Manager in the day to day operations and management of the team is crucial, as is creating a consistently high standard of therapy with the team through training and performance management. Experience and knowledge of a computerised Spa reservation system will be an advantage.

This stunning 4 star Hotel in Northern Ireland requires a Head Receptionist for the Spa. The ideal applicant will be heading up a team of five reception personnel. This demanding role will require an exceptionally organised person with good computer skills and an aptitude for commercial awareness. The applicant should have prior experience in a supervisory role and be an effective communicator and motivator. With a genuine interest or experience of the Leisure and Spa industries the successful candidate for this position will be responsible for providing quality customer care plus administrative duties such as membership co-ordination and treatment scheduling. Experience of a membership software package or spa reservation system, particularly the Premier Spa system will be most advantageous. Working 35 hours per week, on various shifts to cover 5 days out of 7. Permanent position with an immediate start. Live-in accommodation is available if required.
