Luxury 4-star Hotel based in the heart of Essex seeks high caliber, experienced Head Chef, for their fine-dining 1-AA Rosette Restaurant.
Set in an original 16th century Manor House, the restaurant is open 7 days a week providing full lunch time and dinner menus, afternoon teas and snack menus are also available. It offers international cuisine and provides guests with stunning A la Carte and Fixed price menus, complimented by the award winning wine list.
The Hotel is also a popular choice for weddings, offering a variety of packages to suit all budgets and or business; it features a variety of elegant yet functional conference rooms and suites.
Candidates should have previous proven experience in Fine-Dining cuisine in Rosette or Michelin background, should be a good motivator and committed to the highest standards.
