Duty Manager: Salary: E23-24,000 per anum, negotiable, according to experience. Situated just 20 km from Shannon Airport, this 17 storey building combines architectural mastery with warm interiors and exceptional service The successful applicant will have a keen, ‘hands-on’ approach, and be confident to take on a busy and overseeing role within the Front of House. This will include ensuring the smooth running of all departments, including liaising with the Accommodation Manager, observing, and helping if required with the breakfast service, checking reception for arrivals and departures, checking the bar area is running smoothly especially during their lunch service, together with ensuring the smooth running of functions etc. Hours are on split shifts running from 7.00am – 3.30pm or 3.00pm – 11.00pm working 5 days out of 7. The applicant should be flexible however, as there may be the occasional demand to finish slightly later should the hotel be covering a large function/wedding, etc. Live-out, although help will be given to find local accommodation, permanent position with an immediate start.
