This bustling hotel has 12 conference rooms which hold up to 900 guests. It is a traditional hotel, but the team have a modern approach and are dedicated to providing outstanding service. You'll be responsible for the day to day management of the restaurant, maintaining and improving current standards. You'll be a strong leader and will make sure all team members are trained to the highest standard. You'll have a passion for food and make sure the restaurant is successful and every sales opportunity is maximised. You'll be ensuring that standards are maintained in designated areas of work. You'll be liasing with the head housekeeper with regard to stock and wage control. You'll also be assisting with the training and development of the housekeeping team. This is an ideal first supervisory position.
