It is one of the busiest hotels in the group and has 8 large function rooms which hold up to 1000 guests. It is a traditional property, yet the team have a modern approach and a passion for providing exceptional service. You'll be responsible for the day to day staffing of the bar and making sure that all team members are up to date with current licensing laws. You'll also be managing the cellar and creating innovative ways to increase sales.
