Full Time Hotel Receptionists Position.   Salary:  12.5k  - 14k per annum, negotiable, according to experience.

 

We are a 50 bed roomed hotel located just outside of Guildford town centre in Surrey. Our hotel boasts 9 acres of land, indoor leisure club and conference & banqueting facilities.

 

We are a very busy little hotel and require an enthusiastic and hard working person to join our friendly team. The candicate will be required to work 40 hours per week to include weekends on a shift rota basis (The shifts are 7am – 3pm or 3pm – 11pm) Occasionally 9am – 5pm will be required subject to duties. Live in ensuite accommodation is also available.

 

We currently operate using IGS which is a computer system designed specifically for hotels. We are in the process of updating our system some time in the future so it will be a very exciting time to join our team.

 

Experience is preferred although not essential, as full training will be given to the right person.

 

We are looking for someone who is friendly and works well as part of a team. You will also need to be organized as there are administrative duties involved on a daily basis and you must have the ability to work well under pressure. Meet and greet our guests on arrival and departure, take care of checking in and out, good telephone communication skills are necessary as well. You will be responsible for handling cash and dealing with payments and will be required to balance figures on each shift.
