Chef de Partie:

Salary: £15k-£17k per annum negotiable, according to experience. Required to work at stunning country house hotel with 26 bedrooms on the outskirts of Bradford-on-Avon, 8 miles from Bath.  Focussed at looking after families and corporate guests and also catering for small private parties including conferences and weddings.
The hotel has a 40 seater fine dining restaurant and a 30 seater family dining reataurant offering lighter meals and snacks. The successful applicant will ideally have previous 2 rosette experience, should have positive attitude and enthusiasm and be a team player.
The kitchen is partly supplied by the hotel's own kitchen garden.
Working 5 days out of 7 with normally 2 days off together.
Live-in accommodation available within walking distance if required.
