Harrods, Harvey Nichols and the international designer stores of Knightsbridge and Brompton Cross are close by as well as Hyde Park, the Victoria & Albert, Natural History and Science Museums. The West End and Financial district are easily reached by nearby South Kensington underground station.

About the Job

We are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our Front Office Team

The Successful Receptionist must have:

·Previous experience as a Receptionist within a 4 or 5 Star Hotel
·Excellent use of the English Language
·Fluent knowledge of Fidelio
·Exceptional telephone manner and customer service skills

Salary: £15,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per wek, 5 days of 7 (this will include weekends)

The successful Reservations Agent must have:

·Previous experience as a Reservations Agent in a 4 or 5 Star Hotel
·Exceptional Customer Service skills
·Fluent knowledge of Fidelio
·Exceptional telephone manner
·Excellent command of the English Language both spoken and written
·Good organisational skills

Reservations Agent Hours: 40 per week (5 of 7 days, this will include weekends)

Salary: £16,000 - £17,000
