Join our busy Conference and banqueting team and you'll need to be able to manage your time and have a talent to keep everyone happy. You'll be responsible for the smooth running of all conferences and functions and be continuously up selling all the hotels other services. You'll be self motivated and passionate about hospitality. You'll be responsible for the preparation, cooking and presentation of all breakfasts served within the hotel. You'll also be responsible for the kitchen porter on duty and for the receiving of incoming orders. You'll need to maintain hygiene standards expected in a 4* hotel and make sure all procedures are adhered to.
