RESTAURANT MANAGER. SALARY £17k BASE negotiable

Situated on the beautiful world heritage Dorset coast this former Georgian dower house comprises 24 bedrooms, 1 drawing room, bar, a 25 cover Conservatory Restaurant and 50 cover Alexandra Restaurant plus two outside eating areas when weather allows.

About the Job

We are currently looking for an experienced RESTAURANT MANAGER to join our Food & Beverage Team.

The successful applicant must have:

Previous experience working as a Restaurant Manager within a high quality hotel or fine dining restaurant. An excellent understanding of food and wine. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Outstanding customer service skills. An approachable and flexible manner with a willingness to train and empower.

Hours: approx 45 per week (on a shift pattern this will include weekends)
