The hotel can cater for up to 300 guests in its 14 conference rooms. This enchanting hotel has a reputation for providing exceptional service and delivering consistently high standards. You'll be responsible for the day to day staffing of the bar and making sure that all team members are up to date with current licensing laws. You'll also be managing the cellar and creating innovative ways to increase sales. You'll be responsible for continuously improving standards throughout the hotel and communicating company standards to all staff through their heads of departments. You'll be controlling all food and beverage outlets, including bedrooms and function rooms in relation to revenue generating. You'll also be dealing with staffing issues,rotas,discipline and any other matters that arise.
