Food and Beverage Assistant: Dalhousie Castle and Spa now has an excellent opportunity available within our Food and Beverage department for Food and Beverage Assistants to work in our 2 AA Rosette Dungeon Restaurant, Orangery Restaurant, Library Bar or our 100 cover banqueting facility. Rate: National minimum wage i.e. £5.73 for those applicants 22yrs old plus.Hours: variable 5 days over 7 Accommodation package availableThe ideal candidate for this position • Must be courteous and focused in providing a consistently high standard of customer care• Must be standards driven and detail orientated, as well as motivated to deliver only the best• Must have the ability to multi task in all areas including restaurants, bars, silver serve• Must be flexible with regards to hours as shift work and weekend work is involved • Must have a good command of the English language written and verbal• Must have self presentation • Should have ideally previous experience in similar role
