Sous Chef: Barceló Walton Hall & Hotel is a truely magnificent property set in 65 acres of beautiful Warwickshire countryside. This is an fantastic opportunity to join Walton Hall and be part of the team just as the excitement is set to begin. The property has just undergone a £16 million refurbishing and is set to become our flagship property. You'll be responsible for the team in the absence of the executive chef, coaching and training the more junior members of the team. Stock rotation and storage organisation must be one of your main priorities.You'll also be in charge of health, hygiene and safety responsibilities. Join our busy receptions team and you'll need to have a talent to keep everyone happy. You'll be providing customer service for guests at check in and check out and be available to help guests when required.
