This 77 bedroom, four star hotel offers exceptional dining - choose betwenn the baronial style of the Great Hall or the intimacy of the Lygon Room or the informality of Goblets Brasserie all will be enjoyed. You'll need to ensure prompt and efficient service to all customers and maintain a good working relationship with colleagues.You'll be managing the covers in the restaurant and be preparing bills to ensure all charges are made. At the end of the shift you'll be ensuring tables are ready for breakfast and set to the required standard.
