The hotel has 7 conference rooms which hold up to 350 guests. This is a traditional property, yet the team has a fresh approach and a passion for providing outstanding service. You'll be responsible for the team in the absence of the executive chef, coaching and training the more junior members of the team. Stock rotation and storage organisation must be one of your main priorities.
