Jurys Inn Aberdeen is currently recruiting for the position of:
GSS Reception Supervisor
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, high standard of customer service, be approachable and able to work well under pressure. Teamwork is essential for this role.
They must have a positive attitude towards training and development and be able to demonstrate their interest in this area whilst developing and motivating the reception team.
Experience with a computerised front office system is required and a good knowledge of Fidelio would be an advantage, however training will be provided.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced hotel receptionist, who wants to progress in their career.
Main duties include the smooth running of the reception shift and supervising the reception team and ensuring that the company standards are being met.
This is a full time position working 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends.
