Full time Hotel Receptionist: Homewood Park, a 19 bedroom recently refurbished country house hotel part of the ever growing von Essen Hotels Private Collection, is looking for a well presented individual with good organisational skills, to join its reception team. This individual will be a motivated and enthusiastic person, with high levels of customer service and good communication skills.As part of the reception team you will be responsible for welcoming resident and non-resident guests to the hotel. You will carry out check ins and check outs, maintain the switchboard, handle accommodation and restaurant booking and payments, and will be advising guests of hotel and local facilities and services.You will be available to assist the guest, offer information and ultimately ensure the guest has an enjoyable and memorable stay at Homewood Park. You will be IT literate, be of smart appearance and have a cheerful telephone manner.This is a full time position, working shifts including evenings and weekends (7.30am-3.30pm and 3pm – 11pm) on a five day rota including back to back shifts and weekends.
