The team in this modern property have passion and drive to offer exceptional quality and service You'll need to ensure prompt and efficient service to all customers and maintain a good working relationship with your colleagues. You'll be managing the covers in the restaurant and be preparing bills to ensure all charges are made. At the end of the shift you'll be ensuring tables are ready for breakfast and set to the required company standard.
