About the Cocktail Bartender Job

We are currently recruiting for a Cocktail Bartender to join our team.

To be successful in your application for the position of Cocktail Bartender, you must possess the following:

Essential

Previous experience as a Cocktail Bartender

A proven track record and background in 4* and 5* properties

Strong knowledge of wines and spirits

The ability to work well under pressure

Excellent personal presentation

Excellent customer service skills

Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixology

Superb attention to detail

The right to work in the United Kingdom

Desirable

Knowledge of Micros

Cocktail Bartender Hours: 45 hours per week (5 days out of 7 including weekends)
