Breakfast Chef:  Salary:  14k - 15k negotiable per annum, according to experience.  Required L'Horizon Hotel & Spa, which is a stunning 4* Hotel, set in the beautiful St. Brelad's Bay in Jersey.  We offer 106 bedrooms, extensive conference and banqueting facilities, and a selection of dining experiences to attract and cater for everyone.  Our award winning Fine Dining Grill Room boasts 2 rosettes and our Crystal Room and Brasserie Restaurants are also joined by our famous Terrace menu throughout the summer months.

Our luxurious Spa facilities consist of a salt water pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna and a gym and our professional therapists offer a wide range of treatments for the ultimate in indulgence and pampering. Business or pleasure, L'Horizon is the place to be!

 We are looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our professional kitchen team. Breakfast at L'Horizon is a memorable experience and our expectations of standards and quality is high. Our choices range from fresh fruits, cereals and local dairy products to a fully cooked traditional breakfast with the option of our own freshly cooked speciality dishes.

You must have an exceptional eye for detail and very importantly , be able to work at peak performance first thing in the morning! You must have experience in banqueting and a proven background in a similar 4* environment. and the ability to support the creation of culinary works of art to provide the ultimate in our guest's dining experience.

Permanent position, immediate start, approximate 45 hour + week.
