2nd chef,permanent position, starting from 02/07/2008 onwards

Sous Chef:  Salary:  19k per annum.  Required by this beautiful Hotel in the Isle of Mull , Argyll, Scotland. From the moment you board the ferry for the short crossing to Mull, you'll quickly adjust and unwind to the island pace. Only yards from the ferry terminal, the hotel makes the most of it’s outstanding views over Craignure Bay. From here you can discover the brightly-coloured houses of Tobermory and the sacred island of Iona. The successful applicant will have  a passion for good quality cuisine and a hands-on, keen approach. They will also be able to cover for the Head Chef in his absence.   They will be joining an existing brigade of 4, catering for up to 100 - 110 covers daily plus Bar food, and Functions. To work an approximate 40-45 hour week on split shifts. Live in accommodation is available. Permanent position, with an immediate start.
