It is one of the busiest hotels in the group and has 8 large function rooms which hold up to 1000 guests. It is a traditional property, yet the team have a modern approach and a passion for providing exceptional service. You'll be preparing food and making sure it is to a particular standard. You'll be involved with the rotation of stock and organising the effective storage of goods.
