Beales Hotels Ltd is a family run business with two of the higest rated 4 star hotels in Hertfordshire. Beales Hotels, Hatfield is looking for a chef de partie to join its friendly and dedicated kitchen team. The hotel has 2 rosettes in its restaurant so your salary will be dependant on experience. You will be in charge of a section and your duties will include preparing food for our room service, restaurant, banqueting, conference and lounge menus including mis en place. You will be expected to work 5 out of 7 days a week on a split and straight shift basis. Shifts will include mornings, daytime, evenings, weekends and holidays.
