Charlotte Street Hotel
Opened on the 5th June 2000, Charlotte Street Hotel is situated just north of Soho. It comprises 52 luxurious bedrooms and suites as well as the restaurant Oscar, a gym, private screening room and several meeting rooms. Every bedroom is perfectly appointed with the modern traveller in mind - CD, DVD and VCR's, two line telephone with voice mail, modem and fax point, cellular telephone, safe, mini bar and large desks. Bathrooms are designed in solid granite and oak with mini colour TV's, double basins, deep bath tubs and walk-in showers. The interiors designed by Kit Kemp reflect a fresh modern English style. About the Job
We are currently looking for an experienced Commis Chef to join our Kitchen Team.
The successful applicant must have:
Previous experience working as a Commis Chef within a high quality hotel or fine dining restaurant Strong knowledge of Modern European and British Cuisine Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Keen to learn and able to work in a high volume environment An approachable and flexible manner
Salary: £14,000 per annum
Hours: 45 per week (this will include some weekends)
