About the Bar Manager JobWe are currently recruiting for a Bar Manager to join our team at the Soho Hotel. You will be expected to achieve a level of service that is second to none through the constant training and monitoring of our established and bespoke service standards. You will be provided everything you need to ensure your product is impeccable at all times.

To be successful in your application for the position of Bar Manager, you must possess the following:
Essential
Previous experience as Bar Manager in a busy cocktail bar environment
A proven track record and background in 4* or 5* properties
Good written and spoken English as the position requires high levels of communication
A personal preference to be on the floor and behind the bar, rather than behind a desk
The ability to run a shift
Excellent personal presentation
Excellent personal organisation and drive to get things right first time
An understanding of how to motivate and inspire staff
Superb attention to detail
The right to work in the United Kingdom
Desirable
Micros knowledge
Track record of financial accountability in previous role
Bar Manager Hours: as required
