Executive Chef: How about working in the North-East's Premier hotel? The Elizabethan Barceló Redworth Hall is an imposing 143 bedroom, four star hotel situated amongst 25 acres of beautiful woodland. The hotel can cater for up to 300 guests in its 14 conference rooms. This enchanting hotel has a reputation for providing exceptional service and delivering consistently high standards. You'll be ensuring the efficient running of the kitchen within the standards laid down by the company in order that we acquire maximum customer satisfaction and profitability. You'll be producing rotas, adhering to company health & safety procedures and ensuring that all necessary training is carried out. You will be attending operations meetings and making sure that all customer and business demands are met. It will be your responsibility to motivate and inspire your team of chefs. As the Executive Chef you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager, Banqueting Manager and Operations Manager to ensure the success of the menu. To apply you'll need...
