Accommodation Manager: Jurys Inns Group Ltd is one of the fastest-growing hotel groups, with 32 property locations in the UK, Ireland and Europe with more to come...  Jurys Inn Aberdeen now has an excellent opportunity available for an Accommodation Manager has an excellent opportunity available for a ACCOMMODATION MANAGER to join our Management Team Purpose:   Ensure standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are achieved in the bedrooms, corridors, and public areas.  Contribute to the profitability of the Hotel through the operation of effective cost controls and stock monitoring within the Accommodation Department.  Maintain consistent standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction while creating a work environment that supports organisational values. Key Responsibilities:   Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Accommodation department, ensuring delivery of exceptional guest service from each area (i.e. housekeeping, public areas, linen porters, laundry, etc). Provide adequate resource planning on a weekly basis and with entering rotas on Company Payroll system. Responsible for developing team skills & knowledge through training. Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints. Proactively plan to ensure department preparedness based on all an awareness of business in the Hotel. Monitor and control accommodation supplies, overseeing the ordering, delivery, and storage of all items. Ensure awareness and compliance with all Health & Safety work practices. Ensure support of the organisational core values (Patrons, People, Product and Profit) at all times. The ideal candidate for this position:   Must have previous experience in a similar role (with a minimum of 1 year at management level) and demonstrated business / industry awareness. Must be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service. Must be standards driven and detail-orientated with the ability to organise and plan ahead. Must have the ability to lead, multi-task, and make sound decisions in fast-paced environment. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Should have previous experience with Fidelio.
