Junior Pastry Chef E22 - 23k Euro's per annum 5 Star Property Description: Our Client is currently recruiting for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our busy Kitchen brigade. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience at Pastry Chef level within a 4-5 star hotel.
The successful person must possess the following:
- Experience in producing sweets, desserts and pastries to a very high standard
- Ability to plan menus
- Familiar with HACCP procedures
- Ability to work in a busy pressurised environment
- Creative and innovative ideas
