We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and professional Head Pastry Chef to join our skilled kitchen brigade and run our pastry section. You must have the ability to create the ultimate in sheer indulgence to tempt even those with the strongest willpower! Your presentation skills must be exemplary and you must have the inspiration to create and deliver culinary works of art to provide the wow factor in our guest's dining experience.

Experience in banqueting is essential as well as a proven background in a similar 4* environment.
