Spa Receptionist: Department:SpaJob Summary:To provide reception greeting for all spa users at a level of personal care and attention, which meets at all times, the established benchmark of excellence. To maximise retail sales at every opportunity and to provide first contact support for all Spa users and to manage the daily / monthly bookings for spa facilities.Main Duties:To provide reception duties for all spa users and manage the on-line booking/appointment system to maximise therapy occupancy and to provide administration support to the manager and therapists. To provide a high quality Spa experience to all guests and members.Requirements for the successful candidate:We anticipate that the successful candidate will have worked in a similar role within a spa or may have just qualified as a therapist looking for their first spa position.The ideal candidate will have a recognised industry qualification in Spa, holistic or Beauty to the equivalent of NVQ level 3.This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and good promotional prospects.
